1. Weekly cash (pass lesson payment to teacher during lesson)
2. Termly bank transfer (one transfer in the first four weeks of the term for the total weeks in the term. Any missed lesson to be made up at a later date.)

Makeup lessons can be scheduled: in another student’s cancellation spot, 7pm Monday to Thursdays or during the holidays. Makeup lessons do not have an expiry and can be used anytime in the future.

• Bathroom facilities are only for emergency use to minimise COVID cleaning. Please go to the bathroom before coming for lessons.
• Due to the current health situation only students having lessons will come inside. This is to protect all students and minimise any unnecessary potential close contacts.
• Please do not stop in the driveway or neighbours driveway at any time for drop-offs. Please only stop your car next to a curb to ensure the driveways are never blocked.
• Students with any COVID symptoms are to have lessons online
• In following with health guidelines, students in grade 3 and above should wear a mask when indoors. If younger students are able to wear masks please do so at your discretion. 

For all high school aged students and teachers:

4:45pm - 5:15pm every Sunday of the term online via zoom. Students taught in the observation lesson will change every 3 weeks.

• Busking with Coral the first Saturday of every month.

Sundays every week of the term at Forest Hill: 5:30pm - 6:30pm

Termly cost: $60 (no cost if your child already attends a primary string orchestra) (to be paid in cash during the first four weeks of term or will be added onto termly invoice)

Sundays every week of the term at Forest Hill: 6:30pm - 7:30pm

Wedding quartet viewing: 7:30pm Sundays (whenever there is an enquiry)

Termly cost: no cost
